Commercial Waste Container Guidelines:

These front-load containers are built for the disposal of household, commercial, or office waste only. If you have a question about any material to be placed in the container, please call us BEFORE placing it in the load.

* Disclaimer* sizes can vary based on the style of container *

The following things cannot be placed into the container:

  • Anything which contains asbestos
  • Electronic (TVs, computers, microwave ovens, etc.)
  • Liquids (paint, solvents, oil, Etc.)
  • Construction/demolition waste
  • Hazardous waste
  • Trees or other green debris
  • Refrigerant-containing items (air conditioners, freezer, refrigerators, etc.)

The trucks which service the containers, as well as the containers themselves, are very heavy. We will attempt to place your container in the place you choose, but only if it can be worked safely. Please make sure that concrete pads for the container can hold the weight of the container and any trash it may contain. If your container is in a corral, be sure that our driver has access to it, and that it has proper clearance so that the truck can lift the container. The customer will be responsible for any damages resulting from the container being placed in the requested location.

Customers should never attempt to move a container on a site as damage may occur to the container which could prevent us from safely servicing the container. Every container we deliver will be structurally sound. If your container is damaged, please contact our office immediately to schedule a repair or swap of the container. If it is determined that the damage is caused by misuse, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the repairs.
